Area of responsibility

Your future responsibilities include

  • Ongoing support and control of our international sales platforms (primarily Amazon)
  • Checking the conditions specified by Amazon: customer satisfaction, timely shipping of orders
  • Processing customer orders, customer cancellations and customer communication regarding order status, complaint processing
  • Costing calculations
  • Various administrative work – constant exchange and communication with logistics and packing team on items and offers
  • Creating reports on various platforms and performance checks
  • General office activities
  • If you are interested, you can support our B2B customers and processes as well

Necessary qualifications

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial training (HAK, HAS, etc.), completed apprenticeship as an office clerk or experience in eCommerce is an advantage
  • Foundations in MS-Office and general IT overview
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, French) would be an advantage
  • A high level of motivation, willingness to learn and resistance to stress
  • Quick perception

The actual salary planned for this position may be higher dependent on your qualification and experience.
